Business development can be viewed as a 3D interconnected matrix involving hundreds of different activities of which the principal building blocks are Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Communication, and Management, usually in an international context.

Over the past 2 decades, I have devised 2 methodologies to help me develop and implement business plans, regardless of the product or service, in any market, and for any company size, be it for Startups, Scale-ups, SMEs or Business Units of multinationals.
